2. What the site is
The calculators show how VA combined-rating math and published compensation rates work. Every result is an estimate.
- It is not a VA rating decision and does not predict your rating.
- It is not a medical opinion.
- It is not legal advice. We are not a Veterans Service Organization, attorney, or VA-accredited claims agent, we do not represent you before VA, and we do not file claims.
- We never ask for your VA.gov, ID.me, or Login.gov password.
Check any figure against VA.gov or with an accredited representative before you rely on it.
3. Paid products
The calculators are free. The records index is a separate product at 369scan.com with its own terms. We never take a percentage of back pay or monthly benefits.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to break any law or mislead VA or anyone else, and don’t scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with it.
5. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Rates and rules change, and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 369 Cadence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost benefits, back pay, or missed deadlines, arising from your use of the site.
